I see many men with relationship concerns. They may be struggling to know how to relate to their partner or their work colleagues. They might feel like they don’t understand why certain things keep happening, or how to get to where they want to be in their relationships or in themselves.
Often men can feel isolated or unseen in their efforts. Many men struggle with feelings of depression or anxiety and don’t know what to do about it. For some men there comes a point where the old coping mechanisms don’t seem to be working any more.
I have helped many men to understand their home or work relationships, or address issues such as depression, anxiety or stress. Men need a space to talk too.
